My Morning Routine.
One of the first tasks during the life coaching course I did in 2021 was creating a morning and evening routine – this proved to be incredibly powerful for my mind health!
Your morning routine should be packed with things that light up your soul.

My morning routine.
Make my bed (it’s official: people who make their bed are more productive😜).
Drink 1-2 glasses of water, especially important if you haven’t hydrated since before going to bed!
Rinse and cleanse my face.
Apply my Merakii Day Serum to my face and neck, tell myself 5 things I am grateful for or an affirmation for the day.
I let the day serum sink in while I brush my hair.
Apply SPF face moisturiser.
Get my fur babes breakfast.
Tea time 🫖.
Tidy the house (I function best in an organised clean house, and because I work from home this is extremely important to me!).
Have breakfast
5-10 minute meditation, I use the Insight Timer App.
No app use until 8:45 am - set app limits in your phone settings.
If I don’t get a walk to the beach in I do this on my lunch break.
Small daily rituals, done with intent and care, can make a real difference to how we feel within ourselves and in our world.
Simple acts of kindness replenish our mind + body + soul, little by little improving our overall well-being. 🤎
