Refund Policy.

We take great care in creating the best products for our customers. Where you have received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days making us aware of the issue. Where there is damage, please attach photos for our reference.

Please ensure that any breakable items are carefully packaged in their original packaging to prevent any damage or further damage on their return journey. You will initially be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) however, we will credit the postage cost along with a store credit when damages are concerned. Once we have received your return we will issue a store credit within 7 working days.

Due to hygienic reasons skin care items cannot be exchanged or returned should you change your mind. 

Refunds in the event of changing your mind are not accepted, nevertheless we are sure you will love your purchase! <3
